Positioning.Pipeline.Presence.

A fractional GTM team for founders taking their product to the US.

The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.

What we do

We're the go-to-market team early companies don't have yet. Founders building serious products — usually from outside the US — bring us in to find who pays, build the pipeline, and carry their story into the market. We work fractionally: a few companies at a time, senior people only, embedded in your week. GTM for early teams is all we do. You keep building; we sell alongside you.

Akhil Agrawal

Akhil leads every engagement. He's a three-time founder — most recently Para, which he took to 10,000 users and $35K in revenue in under two months — and has spent years inside early-stage GTM: discovery, outbound, and partnerships for B2B and AI companies entering the US, out of the South Park Commons network. Behind him sits a small team: researchers who build the account maps, operators who run outbound and social, and senior US advisors who join enterprise conversations when it helps.

I've built three companies. The last one, Para, went to 10,000 users and $35K in revenue in under two months — and building it was still the easy part. After AI, anyone can ship. Getting a product to the people who'll pay for it is where companies stall. That's the work I'm best at, so it's the work I do for founders now.

We do five things.

Positioning & discovery

We find out who pays and why they say yes. Discovery calls run on your behalf, objections logged, the talk track sharpened after every conversation — until the US story is validated, not guessed.

Outbound

Cold channels to people who've never heard of you: account maps, target lists, email and LinkedIn sequences we write and run ourselves, updated weekly from replies. Qualified meetings booked and tracked.

Social selling

We run your LinkedIn and Reddit presence — posting, commenting, showing up in the threads your buyers read — so leads start coming to you instead of the other way around.

Dinners, hackathons & events

We put you in rooms: founder dinners and hackathons organized around your product, US events covered with a brief after each, and intros through our founder networks — never for a fee.

AEO

When a buyer asks ChatGPT or Claude about your category, your company should be in the answer. We tune your content and presence so it is.

How we engage

Most engagements start as a 90-day pilot — a fixed monthly fee, a weekly call, a shared tracker where every hour and conversation is visible. Teams that know their wedge run on a monthly retainer that continues while it's useful. And where it fits, we work as a partner — a low base with our compensation tied to the revenue we close.

We take on two or three companies at a time. Every plan is written against your objectives after a first call.

We can start this week.

A 30-minute call, then a written plan against your objectives within days.
